| Mac / Microsoft Entourage Setup |

| Step 1: |
| Open Microsoft Entourage. |

| Step 2: |
| Click the Start using Entourage without importing anything radio button. Click the arrow at the bottom right. (View Screenshot) |

| Enter your Cable ONE email address. (Example: clydefrog@cableone.net) (View Screenshot) |

| Step 4: |
| It may state that it was unable to determine the necessary account information. That's fine. Click the arrow at the bottom right. |

| Step 5: |
Enter or verify the following information:
- Your Name: The friendly name you would like displayed on your emails
- Email Address: You Cable ONE Email Address
- Account ID: You Cable ONE Username (Your Email address minus @cableone.net)
- Password: The password for your Cable ONE Username
- Incoming Mail Server: Type mail.cableone.net
- Incoming Mail Server Type: Select POP from the drop down box
- Outgoing Mail Server: Type mail.cableone.net
You can check the Save Password box if you do not want to have to enter your password everytime you check your email. To continue click the arrow on the bottom right. (View Screenshot)

| Step 6: |
| Click on the Verify my settings box. This will attempt to test your settings. When it completes successfully, click the arrow at the bottom right. If it does not complete, click the back arrow and check your settings. |

| Step 7: |
| Name this Email account. It can be anything you want that will readily identify to whom this box belongs (Example: Mom's email or CableOne). |

| Step 8: |
| When you are done, click on the Finish button. If you do not immediately receive email, click the Send/Receive button in the upper right corner of your screen. (View Screenshot) |
