| Mac Mail 10.3 Settings |

| These instructions will guide you through verifying your Cable ONE e-mail is setup properly in the Mac Mail 10.3 program. |

| Step 1: |
| From the menu, click Mail and then select Preferences. |
|
| Step 2: |
| Click on the Accounts button at the top of the window. |
|
| Step 3: |
| The account type should say POP. |
|
| Step 4: |
| Type a friendly name to identify the account in the Description field. |
|
| Step 5: |
| Type your CableONE.Net e-mail address in the E-mail Address field. |
|
| Step 6: |
| Type your name in the Full Name field. |
|
| Step 7: |
| Type mail.cableone.net in the Incoming Mail Server field. |
|
| Step 8: |
| Type your username in the User name field. Your username is the first part of your e-mail address (without @cableone.net). |

| Step 9: |
| Type your password in in the Password field. |
|
| Step 10: |
| Ensure mail.cableone.net is selected in the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) field. |
|
| Step 11: |
| Click on Advanced. |
|
| Step 12: |
| Ensure the top three boxes are checked. |
|
| Step 13: |
| Close the window and save if prompted. You have verified the Macintosh Mail 10.4 program is configured properly. |
