| What does this information mean? |
| First column: Username or first part of the CableONE email address.Second column: Maximum amount of storage space for the mailbox.Third column: Total size of all messages currently in the mailbox.Fourth column: Maximum number of messages that can be stored on the mail serversFifth column: Total number of all messages currently in the mailbox. |
|
| What happens if I go over or exceed those numbers? |
| If you exceed the limits for your e-mail address, it will cause your mailbox to become "full". At that point, new e-mail messages sent to your email address will be returned to the sender as undeliverable. Once the mailbox returns to within limits, it will again automatically accept new e-mails. |
|
| How do I keep my e-mail from becoming "full"? |
| CableONE recommends setting up an e-mail client such as Outlook Express or Outlook. This will download your e-mail messages and store them on your computer. This makes it unlikely your mailbox will exceed the limits on the CableONE mail servers. Click here for directions on setting up Outlook Express to check your CableONE e-mail |
