| Setup Microsoft Outlook 2000 |

| Step 1: |
| Open Outlook 2000. Click on the word Tools across the top and slide your mouse down, clicking on Services(View Screenshot) |

| A new window will appear. Place a check next to Internet E-Mail and then click Next.(View Screenshot) |

| Another window will appear. Highlight Internet E-Mail and then click OK.(View Screenshot) |

| Another window will appear. In the name field type a friendly name. In the E-Mail Address field type your username@cableone.net. Double check that there are no spaces and that you are using periods ".".

| For the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) and Incoming Mail (POP3) type mail.cableone.net. In the Email Address field, it should read your username@cableone.net. Type your password in the Password field. Click on the Connection tab across the top. (View Screenshot) |

| Clink on the circle next to Connect Using My Local Area Network (LAN). Click OK.(View Screenshot) |
