| Open Outlook XP. Click on the word Tools across the top and then slide your mouse down and click on E-Mail Accounts(View Screenshot) |

| Click POP3 and then click Next (View Screenshot) |

| Another window will appear. In the Your Name field, type a friendly name. In the Internet Mail Server (POP3) and Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) fields type mail.cableone.net. In the Password field type your password. Click Next. (View Screenshot) |
