| Spam Patrol (MySpam) - Quarantined E-Mail |
| For any messages quarantined as junk email, you can read the sender and subject of the suspicious messages and choose whether you would like them removed or delivered. |
| Remove or Deliver Multiple Messages: |
| To remove or deliver multiple messages at one time, select any messages using the checkbox next to each message or use the one checkbox in the header to select/unselect them all at once. |
| Read the Body of the Message: |
To read the body of the message, click on the subject line. Once you read the message, you can decide whether to remove or deliver it. (View Screenshot)
Remove: If you select remove, the message will not be delivered to your inbox. The message is moved to the "Removed" folder where it will expire on a periodic basis.Deliver: Legitimate email should be delivered to your inbox. After you select "Deliver" a message, you'll be prompted whether or not you want to "approve" the sender to your Approved Senders list. Approving this will prevent future messages from that address from being quarantined in your Message Center. Delivered messages are moved to the "Delivered" folder. |

| Monitor Your Message Center: |
| Initially, we suggest you monitor your Message Center often. The junk email filters "remember and learn" from your interaction, and become more accurate with time. You can approve or block senders and adjust the filter tolerances to make the service more effective. |
| Notifications Of Quarantined E-Mail: |
You will receive a periodic notice of all junk mail held in your Message Center. You can visit your Message Center to review them, or take no action. Quarantined messages will be automatically deleted every 14 days.
On a new account or if a user clears out all the spam in their MySpam account, a notification will be sent on the first Spam e-mail quarantined. If there are Spam messages remaining in quarantine, an alert e-mail will only be sent once every 7 days.Alert e-mails will not be sent for Virus e-mails quarantined. |
