Verify the following settings: (View Screenshot)- Use SSL (Incoming): Set to Off
- Authentication (Incoming): Set to Password
- Delete from server (Incoming): We recommend Never, but it is up to you
- Server Port (Incoming): Set to 110
- Use SSL (Outgoing): Set to Off
- Authentication (Outgoing): Set to Password
- Server Port (Outgoing): Set to 25
