| Open Netscape 7 E-Mail, click on the word Edit across the top, slide your mouse down and click on Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings. (View Screenshot) |

| A new window will appear. Your Account Settings will be displayed on the right. Verify your CableONE Email Address is listed properly. (View Screenshot) |

| On the left click on Server Settings, on the right the Server Name should be mail.cableone.net. In the User Name field it is just your username (without @cableone.net). (View Screenshot) |

| On the left click on Outgoing Server (SMTP), on the right the Server name should be mail.cableone.net. In the User Name field it is just your username (without @cableone.net). Click OK to close the window. (View Screenshot) |
