Problem: Communication error between the Cable box and the TV set when using an HDMI cable.
Resolution: Sometimes this happens if a separate device is put between the cable box and TV. Also sometimes there's a problem with a HDMI port on the TV set itself, so moving it from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 would correct the problem. There could be issues with the cables being used as well. A cold reboot on the cable box so it reloads the device firmware can be completed in case the issue is on the cable box side.
Problem: Unable to record.
Resolution: Number of Series Recording timers exceeds 999. Delete some series recordings.
Problem: ACC message displays during recording playback.
Resolution: ACC is a content file access error. There is not a way to retrieve the recording successfully, so it should be deleted. By removing the corrupt recording, the error message should go away.
