Q. I read in my bill that Cable ONE is increasing its cable rates. Is that true?
A. Yes, effective with the January 2017 billing period, our Economy Cable rates will increase by $5 per month, Standard Cable rates will increase by $8 per month, Preferred Packages (Cable/Internet and Cable/Phone) rates will increase by $6 and the Elite Package (Cable, Phone & Internet) rate will increase by $6 per month.
Q. Why does Cable ONE raise its rates every year?

Q. I am on a promotional/contract rate. Will I see an increase on my bill?
A. Current customers who are on a promotional are excluded from this increase during the term of their promotion.
