How do I remove an email address from my account?
Please follow the steps below to remove an email address / user ID. Please note, email addresses are only able to be removed while logged in as an admin or head of household account.
Step 1: Click on the following link to open the MyAccount webpage and enter your username and password. Next, click the Login button.
Step 2: Once signed in, locate "My Family" at the top, and left click to advance to the next page.
Step 3: Locate the user ID you wish to delete and click Delete.
NOTE: All email for this user not downloaded will be deleted and will not be recoverable. Confirm you wish to delete the username and click the Delete User button.
NOTE 2: When a user ID / email address is deleted, it will take five (5) business days before the user ID can be re-used.
