My wireless internet connection is down. How do I reconnect?
The majority of wireless network issues can be fixed by performing these simple steps:
Step 1: Double check that all connections between your modem, the wireless router and the wall are finger tight. Make sure the wires are not frayed or damaged. Remove any splitters if you have them installed.
Step 2: Check to see if your modem's "online" light is staying lit. If it is flickering, reboot your cable modem.
Step 3: Unplug your router from the wall, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. Then restart your computer.
