Why did I get an email that says my email is pending deactivation?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
To help manage the hundreds of millions of emails, Cable ONE has an inactive email account policy. Inactive email accounts are email accounts which have not been logged into within the past 90 days. These accounts are put into a pending deactivation status for 30 days, after which, the email account is deactivated and all email, content, and features associated with the email account is permanently deleted.
Why is this being implemented?
To help manage the hundreds of millions of emails that are part of our email service.
