Will there be an additional subscription fee for WatchESPN content?
No, WatchESPN is free to access for all Cable ONE video subscribers. All users will have access to the VOD clips in front of the wall. Cable ONE video subscribers will have access to authenticated live programming and events.
Is there a cost to download the WatchESPN app?
Users with a Cable ONE video subscription must authenticate to gain access to ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Classic, ESPNews, ESPNU, ESPN Deportes, SEC Network (Expanded Basic or and Digital Valu Pak Customers Only), the Longhorn Network (Texas & Oklahoma Customers Only), Disney, Disney Jr., Disney XD, ABC Family and ABC.
Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Roku and Android mobile users who do not subscribe to Cable ONE video service will have access to ESPN.com video on demand clips only.

How can I get access to all ESPN networks available on WatchESPN/Disney/ABC?
Online registration through Cable ONE is required in order to access content on all networks. Cable ONE customers, who do not have a video subscription, still have access to ESPN3 programming online or on WatchESPN on the Xbox with an Xbox LIVE Gold membership, as long as they subscribe to Cable ONE high speed internet service.
Is the content on WatchESPN different from ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Classic, ESPNews, ESPNU, ESPN Deportes, SEC Network, and the Longhorn Network on my TV?
ESPN3 requires an internet subscription from Cable ONE.
Programming on ESPN3 includes exclusive college football, college basketball, NCAA Championships, tennis, golf, soccer, cricket and more.
When can I watch ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNews and ESPN Deportes live events on ESPN3?
Excluding special circumstances resulting in a live event being moved to ESPN3; ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNews and ESPN Deportes live events will only be available on their respective channels on WatchESPN.
Will replays still be available on ESPN3?
Yes, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNews and ESPN Deportes replays will continue to be made available on ESPN3. Replays will be accessible as early as immediately after the conclusion of the event and no later than 2:30 a.m. ET that evening.
Can I access WatchESPN internationally?
Blackouts apply to telecasts that have been sold regionally or locally per league, conference and local rightsholder agreements. Regional and local rights holders are usually broadcast stations or regional sports networks. Blackouts are implemented to protect the primary rights holder, as defined by the professional and college sports leagues or teams in a given market. If you are receiving blackout messaging on WatchESPN, check your local listings to find the television network carrying the event.
If you see a message that states, "This content is subject to blackout", this is because the event that you requested is not available on WatchESPN in your location. Your location is determined by your IP Address. If you are connecting with a mobile device and believe you are incorrectly receiving blackout messaging, try connecting via WiFi. If you continue to receive inaccurate blackout messaging, please contact the ESPN Customer Care Team at (888) 549-ESPN.

Will Monday Night Football be available on WatchESPN?
Yes, Monday Night Football will be available to subscribers, via authentication, on WatchESPN.com, WatchESPN on; Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, X Box Live Gold, Windows 8, iPads and Android tablets, but NOT on phones at this time.
Why am I unable to watch Monday Night Football from my mobile device?
As a result of NFL exclusive rights agreements, Monday Night Football (and preseason NFL games) are only available on WatchESPN on a desktop, WatchESPN on Xbox with a Xbox Live GOLD membership, WatchESPN on Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV and Roku, or on the WatchESPN application on Windows 8, iPads and Android tablets. Other mobile devices currently do not have access to Monday Night Football programming via the WatchESPN App.
How do I authenticate and log in to WatchESPN on my mobile or tablet device?
Go to www.espnnetworks.com/setup and follow the instructions to complete your online registration. This process also includes synching your Cable ONE online account with your ESPN.com registration. Upon completion, you will be directed back to your mobile device or tablet. Once you have returned to the WatchESPN application, enter your ESPN.com registration credentials.
Will I be required to sign in every time I visit WatchESPN?
There is no need to re-enter any credentials, as long as you are accessing content from the same computer. For tablet and mobile devices, you will not need to re-enter credentials on a tablet or mobile device provided you don't logout of the application.
I am an ESPN video subscriber with Cable ONE, will I have access to the same networks on WatchESPN if I log in away from home?
If you have completed your online registration with Cable ONE and have synched this registration with your ESPN.com registration, all you need to do is re-download the application and enter your ESPN.com login and password on the new device.
What happens if I switch wireless providers?
The Live Toolbar is a new WatchESPN feature available only on iPad and iPad mini (iOS 6.0 or later). The Live Toolbar provides users with access to a Live TV interactive channel guide for all ESPN Networks, eliminating the need to stop video and jump back to the schedule page to find a different event. It also features a Scores tab that provides users with Live, Final and Upcoming game information, as well as the Top Videos tab, featuring on-demand video clips from ESPN.com.
What are the Conference Channels on WatchESPN?
A total of 15 conference destinations are now accessible on WatchESPN via Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku, delivering live men's and women's college basketball events on ESPN networks as well as replays of college football games. The channels on WatchESPN will include live college football, Olympic event and non-event (news, highlights, analysis and feature) programming plus on-demand video clips from ESPN.com later this year. They will also be accessible on computers, smartphones, tablets and other connected devices via WatchESPN at a later date.
Which Conference Channels are currently available on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku?
As of February 27, 2014, WatchESPN on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku will offer Conference Channels for: ACC, American East, Atlantic Sun, Big South, Big West, HBCUs (Mid Eastern Athletic, Southwestern Athletic and Central Intercollegiate Athletic), Horizon, Mid-American, Metro Atlantic Athletic, Missouri Valley, Northeast, Ohio Valley, Southern, Sun Belt and Southland. At this time Watch ESPN is not available on Roku.
Does WatchESPN offer Closed Captioning?
Closed captioning is available on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNews and ESPN Deportes. Select ESPN3 content also has closed captioning available. To enable closed captioning, click the "Settings" icon on your home screen, then click "Videos". Switch "Closed Captioning" to "On".
