Individual channels may experience short outages for many different reasons. Please wait 1/2 hour to see if the channel becomes available again. If the channel doesn't come back, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Please reboot the Cable ONE digital receiver by removing both the power cable and the coaxial cable from the back of the cable box.
Step 2: Reconnect both the power and coaxial cables to the Cable ONE digital receiver. Make sure the coaxial cable coming from the wall is in the Cable IN port of the receiver. Please allow up to 20 minutes for all channels to appear.
