Below are some of the most common questions our new customers have about Cable ONE telephone:
1. Dialing - All dialing should remain the same as your old service.
2. Long Distance Charges - You will not accrue charges for dialing numbers in the contiguous 48 states.
3. Caller ID - Incoming Calls - Caller ID is available to those who subscribe as part of their package.
4. Caller ID - Outgoing Calls - It may take up to 96 hours from activation for your Caller ID information to display correctly.
