I am missing channels I normally receive. How do I restore missing channels?
The following steps can fix the majority of missing channel issues:
Step 1: Check that all connections between your digital receiver (if you have one), the television and the wall are tight (especially the connection between your wall outlet and digital receiver).
Step 2: Make sure your television set (not your cable box) is turned to channel three.
Step 3: Ensure the auto tune feature is turned on.
Step 4: Double check that the channel you are trying to access is included in your package found here.
Step 5: If you are supposed to receive the channel and it is still not showing up, contact our Technical Care Center.
